A new AI translator for Luxembourgish

Today, on the Day of the Luxembourgish Language and of Multilingualism, I’m happy to take the opportunity to present my new project: iwwersetzung.lu. It’s an online translator for Luxembourgish/French and Luxembourgish/German, powered by a self-developed AI model.

I’ve been working on this AI model in my free time over the summer. The project is still in the early stages of development and is constantly being improved.

The translation works best with error-free source texts. Currently, even small mistakes can confuse the translator.

To further develop the model, I’m looking for more training material. If you have Luxembourgish texts with French, German, or other translations that you are willing to make available for AI training purposes, please contact me.
